Our billing provider has acknowledged the issue and has suggested a workaround that we are currently working to implement. Intermittent issues with billing actions are ongoing; we will continue to provide updates.

Investigating
We are currently experience issues with our 3rd party billing provider which is intermittently affecting various billing related actions (upgrading to paid plans, retrieving billing information, etc). We have opened a support ticket with our provider and are monitoring the situation closely. We will share an update as soon as we know more!
